Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you submit the booking form we receive the details you enter: your name, email, company, role, profile or website link, the package you're considering, whether you have footage, and any message. We don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and forwarded to our email inbox. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Video thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers, and the videos themselves load from YouTube only after you press play.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and as required for accounting.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email viralanatomy1@gmail.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
